Thank you to all those that helped at the working bee! Amazing effort from everyone and the gym is looking

nice and fresh for Summer!

Our summer sessions are in full swing and numbers are growing rapidly!

Saturday Mornings Mish is running her ‘Moving with Mish’ class which attracts great numbers so if you are

around on a Saturdya pop down to join in!

Damon is continuing to offer his 6 week challenege to current and new members, he also has a weekly

bootcamp running which has a few spots left on a Tuesday night! If any local families or businesses

are wanting to start their own boot camp with him pop down and have a chat!

Kimmys Boxfit still takes place each Tuesday, non members are welcome, bring ther kids along to Kidfit

to burn that extra energy on a Wednesday.

We have also had some new committee members join us, if you have any questions if there is anything they

can help with feel free to get in touch!

Kaitlin Russell, Louise Henderson, Andy Donaldson, Pete Smith, Rob Marshall and Red (Dan) Whiteman are all approachable and welcome new ideas!

Monday: TABATA 6am/BODYWEIGHT BOOTCAMP 5:30pm

Tuesday: TABATA 9am/BOOTCAMP 6:00pm

Wednesday TABATA 6am/KID FIT 3:30pm/BLAST 5:30pm
