Digital Seniors Helps Seniors to  Enjoy Technology

March 10, 2021 March 2021 No Comments

Technology is moving fast, how do we help seniors keep up and benefit from this change?

Many seniors haven’t had the opportunity to learn new technology and need some help to experience the wonderful benefits it can offer . Digital Seniors is a Charitable Trust here in the Wairarapa  aiming to help seniors experience the wonderful benefits technology can offer.

We have a team of skilled volunteer coaches who help with a multitude of topics such as online shopping, internet banking, paying bills, using health apps, online form filling, using the internet as an encyclopaedia, smart homes, calendars & diaries, managing the electronics on that new car, maps, camera’s, using a smartphone to its full potential…. the list is endless!

There are a wonderful variety of products that can help seniors with issues that often come with aging. Digital Seniors consults  seniors and their families to work out how to best use technology to help with sight, hearing and memory loss.  For seniors looking to buy a new device, we can suggest appropriate products that are suitable for the seniors needs.

We run free hubs for seniors to sit one on one with one of our wonderful volunteer coaches, or give us a call on 0800 373 646 to set up a home visit.
