Heartland Hub: Live on Jellicoe St.  – September 2024

September 10, 2024 September 2024 No Comments

Heartland Services says it’s at the heart of the community, providing access to government and

community services for rural communities.

The Heartland Services Hub opened late 2023 to provide a convenient meeting place for local people to discuss their needs directly with government agencies and community organisations.

Each Heartland Service Centre is managed by coordinators who can help arrange face-to-face meetings with government and non-government services, identify and obtain the necessary government forms, as well as aiding access to government and community websites and publications.

Appointments and referrals to other agencies can also be made through the centre.

Your Heartland Service Coordinator has information available about many other agencies and services.

The service is free, convenient and friendly. There are many ways to access government and community services but sometimes you may just want to talk to someone, face-to-face, in your own community. That’s exactly what Heartlands offers.

At Heartlands Hub at 39 Jellicoe St:

Use email and phone facilities;

Access government forms, printed material and resources;

Access government and non-government service websites;

Access face-to-face appointments with government and community services;

Get assistance to make government appointments or direct you to services that you

need;

OR: simply talk to someone face-to-face.

There area also regular scheduled services available at the Martinborough Heartland Services Hub:
