If you have ever wondered what happens inside that big tin shed at the Rugby Club, now is your chance to have a look! We are holding an Open Evening on Friday 8 December 5-7pm. This is an opportunity for you to pop in, check out our facilities, meet our trainers, and find out more about membership options. Everyone is welcome, our trainers and committee will be available to answer any questions you may have. Everyone that attends will go in to the draw for a 6 MONTH GYM MEMBERSHIP!!! (can not be transferred to another person).

We recently farewelled one of our trainers Kev Rickey who has started an exciting new venture in Masterton, Kev has been with us for approx 8 years and been a huge part of what goes on at our gym, we wish him well with his new business “The Hubb”.

We welcome Damon Tafatu who has joined us as a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach. Damon is very passionate about helping people in health and exercise, helping all ages of life achieve their fitness goals. Damon is available Sunday to Wednesdays, he is running a great range of group classes, for this month as an introduction they are available FREE to our members and for only $5 for non members (note – some classes are for members only).

GET MOVING WITH MISH – Join Mish for a 45min Metabolic class on Saturday mornings at 8am, $10 per class. This class will consist of cario vascular work and strength combined into one! Catering for all fitness levels – perfect kickstart for your weekend! No need to book, just turn up! Mish has been awarded Personal Trainer of the Year 4 times! With 13 years of body sculpting behind her including a world title, Mish is more than capable of getting you in the best shape of your life! Mish is available on Fridays for personal training sessions.
