Martinborough Business Assn

August 7, 2020 August 2020 No Comments

At the end of last month we hosted our AGM and celebrated the achievements of the past year. Chair Allan Hogg will continue in the role and so now it’s time to look forward and the year ahead, and we are starting with Spring.

Just weeks away now and we hope to continue the buzz that has been keeping many members rushed off their feet!

We are excited to be working with Jazz Martinborough who made the decision not to run the usual festival year due to Covid 19 but to keep momentum going and it being such a hot spot on the calendar of events we are pulling it into a series of events to make sure we Spring into Action and keep up the Love local vibes.

The Village cafe will host 2 fabulous gigs. On Friday 4 Sept– Fiona Pears Trio will headline and on

·         Saturday 5 Sept – The Wellington City Shake-‘Em-On-Downers

·         Tickets are $50 each, available online from iTicket or in-person at iSites.

What better way to celebrate spring than getting your friends together and enjoying these two fabulous concerts to kick off the season.

This will be the start of so many fabulous events in town, with Round the Vines rescheduled, The Martinbrough Colour Run  and of course Toast.

A great time to enjoy as locals but also make sure our visitors get a taste of what we love so much.
