Arrow FM Martinborough workshop

February 9, 2021 February 2021 No Comments

If you are keen to make yourself heard but not sure how to go about it, Arrow FM is offering a free workshop for community groups and individuals. We’ll encourage you to get onto the mic and express yourself, and explore how you can use our radio and podcasting platforms to promote the aims of your organisation, celebrate your unique culture or share your passions and special interests.

There’ll be some recording gear to play with and we’ll experiment with the multiple ways you can use the medium. We’ll share ideas on how to develop regular programming that can benefit you and the community you represent.

If you end up having a good time and are inspired to make your own regular radio programme, Marina will work with you to make this happen. If you represent a community support service, are a member of the disability community, organise mediaeval re-enactment battles or practice sustainable farming, you can share this with Wairarapa and the world (thanks to our podcasting platform).

Make Yourself Heard is at Fifty One Jellicoe Smart Hub from 7 till 9pm on Tuesday the 16th  Feb. For more information contact Marina at mouraoliramarina@gmail.com or 027 251 2410.
