Barrel Racers soak it up!

December 16, 2014 December 2014 No Comments

Barrel-racers What a lot of fun it was to watch the barrel rollers and cart races again this year. With the help of the voluntary Fire Brigade the course was wetter than usual and with water balloon sales raising funds for Martinborough School, we reckon a record amount of balloons were thrown!
Martinborough Vineyard won the barrel race and Perception Planning were triumphant in the Business Race (yes, the wheels fell off the P&K cart this year).

On behalf of the Martinborough Business Association, we’d like to thank the following sponsors for their generous support: Toast Martinborough, Brackenridge, Martinborough Hotel, Soeur Design, Claremont Motel, Martinborough Wine Centre and March Hare Cycles, Jessicas Living Room, Thrive, Pain & Kershaw, Village Cafe, Dustys & Lulu, Martinborough Hotel Bar & Grill, Martinborough Automotive, Martinborough Brewery, Scarlet, Ingredient, Cafe Medici, Pinocchio, Microbar, The Codfather, Antoni Smolnicki, Pukemanu Tavern, Susan Stephen, Cool Change, Mint.
