Summer fun! – Hire Our New Bouncy Castle

March 15, 2016 March 2016 No Comments

Summer-funWelcome back to all our toy library families after such a long hot summer break that seems to be continuing! We are always looking for new families to enjoy our toys so if you haven’t already please come along and have a look at our toys, there’s lots of them!

Martinborough Toy Library is a community run charity that provides toys for ages 0-7 years. We have a great selection of toys, large outdoor toys great for this time of year, as well as smaller toys great for indoors. Our hire rates are very reasonable, ranging from .50c to $2.00 for two weeks hire. We are open on Saturdays 10-12 at the back of First Church hall on Weld St.
New to the toy library is our recently acquired bouncy castle. This is now available for hire for just $75 for a whole day, so please get in touch with us at martytoylibrary@gmail.com. It’s great for birthday parties! Huge thanks to Trust House for their grant which enabled us to purchase this. We hope that it gets lots of use and if it goes well who knows we’ll just have to get another one!

It’s so much fun for the kids to come down to the library and choose out a few toys, they absolutely love it and gives them something “new” to play with. Hire period is two weeks. Membership is currently $5 (excluding toy hire) which expires at the end of March. From March 31st we are introducing a new membership structure. It will cost $75 for the whole year this includes toy hire.

We look forward to seeing our regular faces and some new ones at the toy library soon!
Have a look at our facebook page too, we often preview any new toys on there, keep our members updated and post any other interesting pieces of information.
