Broccolini, ginger and avocado salad
Ingredients
250g broccoli
2 ripe avocados
2 tbsp pickled ginger
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp dashi
Method
Roughly chop the broccolini. Peel and chop the avocado. Finely slice the ginger. Combine everything in a mixing bowl with the sesame seeds and the dashi. Taste and season; the dashi should be enough but give it a little soy sauce if you think it needs it.
Serves: 4-6 as a side dish
