The last Tuesday of the month is day out for any of our club members who wish to come .  Our March outing was having lunch at Day,s Bay.

We left Greytown at 10-30 am on a beautiful sunny day, travelled over the hill to Day,s Bay for lunch. The Wellington harbour was looking magnificent. We had lunch in a nice cafe with lovely views of the harbour, the food was great.

We then headed to Eastbourne where we had a wander around a lovely craft shop where several of us made purchases.

We then went down to the Wahine memorial , several of us had not seen it before

We then headed to Epuni in Lower Hutt to the California Home and Garden centre. What an amazing place we could have spent hours there well worth another visit. They pride themselves in a wide range of quality home and garden products and love to support local NZ brands, their buyers also hand pick and source from all over the world.

This was a most enjoyable day out, we will all look forward to our next months outing.
