BOXING BOOTCAMP – 6 Week Programme, starting Wednesday 16 May at the Rugby Clubrooms, 7.30pm – 8.15pm.  $120 for 6 weeks (includes quick wrap).  Spaces are limited so bookings are essential, class fee to be paid in full to confirm your spot.  First 5 people to register and pay in full receive a drink bottle from NZ Boxer.  Guaranteed to increase cardio fitness, build muscle endurance, improve body composition and you will have fun doing it!  Contact Damon Tafatu 0273747042 for more information.  Register by contacting Damon or email mtborogym@gmail.com

KIDFIT – with so many children busy training for their winter sports we will be be having only the one KidFit class per week, this will be on Mondays at 4.30pm for all ages.  The cost is $20 per term and will be run by our trainer Damon.  These classes were very popular last term, they will be held rain or shine, with winter approaching there will be probably more indoor activities.  If you are wanting to register please email Rachael – benview@xtra.co.nz.

GROUP CLASSES – We have some great classes Mondays to Wednesdays with Damon that cater for all levels, we have classes at 6am, mornings, after work, and our very popular MumFit!  MONDAYS – 6am Tabata, 4.30pm KidFit, 5.30pm Blast, TUESDAYS – 9am Tabata,, 5.30pm Bodyweight Bootcamp, WEDNESDAYS – 6am Tabata, 10.30am MumFit, 5.30pm Blast.  Classes are free to our members and $5 for our non members.  Please contact Damon if you would like more information regarding these classes.

GET MOVING WITH MISH – Join Mish for a 45min Metabolic class on Saturday mornings at 8am, $10 per class. This class consists of cardiovascular work and strength combined into one! Catering for all fitness levels – perfect kickstart for your weekend. No need to book, just turn up! Mish has been awarded Personal Trainer of the Year 4 times! With 13 years of body sculpting behind her including a world title, Mish is more than capable of getting you in the best shape of your life.

A huge thank you to Blue Blossom Studios, and Dustys&Lulu for their work on our new branding, we have new signs on the inside and outside as well as awesome targets for our wall balls.  Its looking great and we look forward to using more of their ideas in the future.  We have many people comment lately that they did not know that our gym existed, now there is no mistaking our location thanks to their work!
