Rural Delivery contractor Gordon Wyeth is launching a tourist opportunity with a difference; an opportunity for up to three people to spend a day on his NZ Post run. South Wairarapa Tramping Club

The Spring tramping season is now well under way with a full and varied programme in place for the pre-Christmas period.
Recent trips included the 5 October Plimmerton- Pukerua Bay and return walk on the coastal track, a testing four hour tramp up the Pylon Track and down Chimney Spur (above Featherston) on 13 October, and an overnight trip to Roaring Stag Lodge, with a side trip up to Cattle Ridge, on 19-20 October. … Continue Reading

Rural Women NZ Martinborough have had a busy few months.

A dessert evening and Fashion Show featuring Ballentynes Spring Fashions, was held at the Martinborough Golf Club in July. $1800 raised from this event was donated to Wellington@Heart to assist with their “Pamper Weekend” for mothers of children with Heart problems, which was held at Solway Park Masterton in September. … Continue Reading
