Following her years at Otago University completing her law degree, Kirsty undertook a 5year graduate programme working as a Junior Solicitor for the Ministry of Economic Development. It is amazing how quickly the course changes over a matter of days – fairways have gone from brown to green and there is definitely not as much run as there was last month.  The greens were cored a couple of weeks ago and are coming back well.

Tuesdays have seen good numbers turning up to play Grumpies with some very impressive scores coming in.  Winners over the last few weeks have been Jack Allen, Rick Hargreaves and Paul Riddiford.  Twos have gone to Nick Allen, Bill Jones, Paul Riddiford (2), Barry Johnson, Bill Jago and Brian Russo. … Continue Reading

Late last year a special anniversary dinner was held at the Medici Café to celebrate the founding of the Martinborough Community Patrol, 25 years ago.

Not only was the dinner to celebrate the anniversary, but it also was to recognise the commitment and dedication of Julia Squire who had been the main communicator, and coordinator of all activities right throughout that time.
